Flow-based Scrum Master certification prep kurs 07 - 08 dec 2017

Scrum Master kurs med Flow

Lär din organisation skapa rörelse i rätt riktning... Och älska det!

OBS! Utbildningen hålls på engelska – kursplan på svenska (klicka här för kursplanen eller på ”Scrum Master certifieringsprov kursplan” länk längst nedan). Note: Scrum.org doesn’t take a view on our Flow-based training materials (although they do certify trainers and have their own materials); however, we train students using our materials in preparation for Scrum.org’s exam(s) and do so with their knowledge. The participants that have taken our courses have a near 100% pass rate on the first try (compared to a general 35% average failure rate for the first try).

Join us on Thursday and Friday, 07 – 08 December (8:30 am to 4 pm each day) here at Softronic for a 2-day certification preparation course.

This course prepares the participant to become certified as a Scrum Master in a highly interactive workshop. Attendees will receive everything they need to successfully pass the longer and more difficult Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) and/or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) exams from Scrum.org (which owns the respective copyrights for the logos for their certifications). The syllabus for this Flow-based preparation course includes:

  • Scrum overview, history and theory
  • Real-world examples, the Scrum Framework and Routines (i.e. ”Ceremonies”)
  • Scrum and change
  • Scrum Teams
  • Planning and metrics
  • Scaling Scrum
  • Test taking hacks and tips

The facilitator / trainer for this course is Andrew Kallman, MBA. He is a recognized trainer in the Agile (FCT, FCP, CSP, CSM, AHF) and project management (PMP®) communities here in Europe, Asia as well as in the US. His book The Nehemiah Effect was number one in four categories six different times during the first two years after release. His next book, Flow: Get Everyone Moving in the Right Direction…And Loving It will be released as an eBook in January 2018 and in paperback in April 2018. Flow embodies the Agile value of ”uncovering better ways of developing software” by helping individuals, teams and organizations achieve and sustain high-performance.

The price for this course is: SEK 19 500
