Happy Homes e-commerce

Happy Homes decided to complement its offer in physical stores with sales via an e-commerce channel. The IT consultancy firm Softronic worked with Happy Homes to produce an inviting e-commerce solution with a modern design based on the Magento platform.

The main focus was on the presentation of the products and that it should be extremely quick and easy to make a purchase. As a customer, you need to feel the same as you do when you are in a Happy Homes store.

We decided to start by offering our wallpaper range in the e-shop and the rest of the range will be added gradually,

Happy Homes has almost 100 stores in Sweden and the time was right to invest in e-commerce. We want to be able to offer our customers a wider range over time, no matter how big their local store is,

For us, it was a natural development to be able to offer our customers a digital channel to buy products from our range, no matter where in the country they are. E-commerce will be a good complement to our physical stores. Customers will be able to get advice from our stores and then be able to order our products from the comfort of their own home,

Softronic has also implemented Google Analytics and trained the customer so that they can produce statistics themselves. Softronic is also responsible for the launch of the e-commerce solution, for managing and further developing the solution, and as an advisor in e-commerce issues.
