Kvalitetsmässan (the Quality Trade Fair) in Gothenburg is the place to be for everyone working on developing public operations. Kvalitetsmässan is now Europe’s largest conference and trade fair about operational and social development. The trade fair will be held at the Swedish Exhibition and Congress Centre in Gothenburg on 12–14 November.
Softronic will be there to meet customers and suppliers, and to show our offerings in Conversational AI, Kommun-Kim, Booking & Funding and CRM.
Softronic is going to be in two different locations:
LAB Smartare society and TALK Smartare society at stand D00:17.
In the LAB section we will talk about and show what we call ‘Medborgarnytta 2.0’ (Citizen Benefit 2.0), Sweden’s first VAN (Virtual Assistant Network).
In the TALK section we will be available to talk about our offerings. We work on a very broad scale with solutions for the public sector in Sweden, so we will also have people at the stand who can discuss and demonstrate Softronic’s membership system MRM. This includes showing how you can use the standard platform Microsoft Dynamics 365, for example, for parking companies and business units, and what you need to think about when looking at secure modern outsourcing and Smart Cities.
We are also going to be showing our ActorSmartBook servicewith our partner Vitec Smart Visitor System AB, which has been produced for municipalities to streamline their booking and funding process.
Open forum
On Thursday 14 November at 11:30–11:45 we are going to give an open presentation on site in the TALK section on the themes of: Medborgarchatt 2.0, collaboration that really adds benefit for citizens.
Sweden’s first VAN – Virtual Assistant Network. Knowing which public function is responsible for what is a real minefield for citizens. Our solution allows citizens to reach out to several different authorities, no matter what question that have, in one place. This makes life easier for the citizen and for the authority.
Dan Milestad and Pelle Stridh will be talking about this solution and what it means for citizens and authorities.
