After six months as CEO of the publicly traded company Softronic, Mattias Flock has found his stride. Drawing on his experience with both small-company innovation and processes within larger organizations, he now wants to create something new—a structured growth journey where a long-term perspective, reliability, and deep customer relationships go hand in hand.

It is precisely these multifaceted experiences that he now wants to put to use at Softronic, a well-respected company with a broad portfolio that was founded in 1984—the same year he was born. Mattias has been leading the company since May of this year.
“What attracted me here was the company’s potential; it has an incredible ability to deliver that could be highlighted even more,” he says.
