At Softronic, we work with a number of RPA platforms from various market-leading suppliers such as UiPath, Microsoft and Nice. We have also developed our own automation platform, which is used in some of our largest customer deliveries.

Today, we are working hard to focus on how the classic RPA technology can be built together and combined with AI and thereby create greater customer value. One of our largest customers for automation solutions is Kommunals Arbetslöshetskassa, where we have developed some 40 automated processes in collaboration with 10 other unemployment funds. The robots work in the unemployment funds’ various business systems and relieve the administrators by, for example, preparing cases, creating and sending letters, obtaining information, writing notes, integrating with third-party solutions, etc.

Our solutions handle 10,000s of cases every month and thus relieve the business of repetitive and business-driven tasks in both case management systems, debt management systems, linked to normal office support systems, etc.

The robots we have developed together with Softronic really add something to the business. For a fairly limited investment, we have received great benefits in terms of time worked and work environment.
