Ulf Hansson has been working for Softronic for almost three years. He is a project manager and a Scrum Master, and also works with some of Softronic’s AI deliveries. He has just completed a project for a customer in the financial sector, where he took on the role of technical project manager.
Can you tell us briefly about your most recent assignment?
“I was the technical project manager for a project to introduce CRM and I was also responsible for coordinating the integrations. I was then asked to take on the role of the main project manager at the start of 2019, which I accepted.”
What was the most successful part of this project?
“We hit our target of deploying 14 integrations in just one week. It was a complicated project, almost like a heart transplant. We replaced an outdated system with a CRM solution, which has now become a vital system for this customer.”
How has Softronic contributed to the customer’s results?
“Through our expert knowledge of the standard product and the way we managed, developed and tested during the project. Our CRM application and operational consultants were very quickly able to familiarise themselves with the customer’s complex operational processes and effectively map how the standard functions in Dynamics 365 could best support them. Despite the challenges, we refused to give up, we dared to ask questions and we had a great team spirit throughout.”
