Softronic has been awarded a gold medal for the second year running in EcoVadis’ international ranking of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) work.

EcoVadis is an independent analysis company that annually analyses and evaluates the sustainability work of various companies. The assessment is based on four different areas: the environment, fair labour practices, business ethics and the supply chain.

Softronic received a score of 75 out of a possible 100 points, placing us in the top 1% of all companies in our sector, which covers computer programming, consultancy activities and related operational industries. EcoVadis has evaluated a total of 2,946 companies in this category.

“We’re extremely happy that our sustainability work is paying off. Of course, to be placed among the top 1% of the best companies based on their ranking is something we are incredibly proud of. We offer several solutions that give real benefit to society and shows that we are striving to create and deliver them in a way that is sustainable in the long term for the world we live in,” says Joachim Lundberg, Head of Sustainability at Softronic.

Joachim adds:
“One key part of our sustainability work is our employees’ knowledge of how digitalisation can contribute to a sustainable society and how we can work together with our customers on these issues.

Softronic is currently delivering several services and products that are important to society, including CM1 – our system for combating money laundering, and Charity – vårt system för insamling- och välgörenhetsorganisationer.  Softronic is also one of the 40 companies that have been involved in and signed the IT consultancy industry’s roadmap for a fossil-free, climate-positive and competitive IT consultancy sector in 2045.
