Softronic offers good protection against this kind of attack. But we do take this kind of cyber attack extremely seriously and take preventive actions to make sure this does not affect our customers’ systems.
As an additional measure, we have scanned our servers and have found no sign of our customers’ systems or our own systems being affected.
We also do not have any exposure to the Internet that allows this kind of attack WannaCry/Wcry/WannaCrypt0r.
CERT-SE advises against paying the ransom as this helps to finance the further development of malware, and there is no guarantee that the information will be unlocked.
